If you would like to submit a complaint,
Please address an email to "The Complaints Officer" at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your query is not a complaint, please send your query via our Contact Us page.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as possible. Usually this will occur within five business days. Most complaints will be sent a full response or outcome within thirty business days from date of receipt.
If we are dealing with a complex situation, we will keep you regularly updated on the proceedings, and endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR RESPONSE
If you feel we have not fairly resolved your complaint, you can escalate your issue to one the following national industry bodies.
